Swimming Recount

Have you been swimming yet? Well in term 2 Room 13 got ready to the pools for our swimming lesson. Filled with anticipation, we walked to the pool in a hole class.

When we get in at got changed into our togs. I had a warm shower. Then it was time to go and  have our swimming lesson. Jordenne and I had to swim together too see what group were in. I made it into group 2 our instructor name is naddley.

Hopping in the pool I felt cold. When We were doing a floating on our back is a bit hard I always fall down. Me and Mua were having a breathing comption.

Finally it was time to get out of the pool. It was time to go back to school.

My Flower Tissue Art

Painting the background, we became a little bit messy.

As I folded the tissues into petals, I found it quite tricky.

Onto the  background we glued our flowers.

Finally we painted the flowers with bright colours.

Sandcastle`s

“Have you ever watched a movie called Sandcastle`s “ There is heaps of sand all around beach some of the sand are REALLY, REALLY, REALLY HOT!!!!!!!!!!!! That why I don`t go to the beach that much. You should even get sand bucket to put the sand inside and the turn it upside down and you can take it off and then it will look like it`s real. The sand can even blow away at night or morning. Some of the house`s are made out of sand. Would you  like sand in your house?

Mobius Strip

Wow!!!! Making a Mobius Strip in the class room, we  all used one strip of  paper folded with a half-twist. We got some sellotape to stick the paper together. As we carefully cut a line through the piece of paper we made a circle. Finally we were all finished our experiment.

Kayak

WOW camp is the best thing at school because we do heaps of  things and sleep with our tents I like sleeping with DJ. I like it at kayak  because it fees like your gone a

Dr Ben Carson

Guess what? Pt England School were going to see Dr Ben Carson at the Telstra Clear Pacific Events center. We sat on cool seats and we got to sit up the top.He introdruced him self to everybody.


Ben Carson is the world’s best and most gifted neuro-surgeon. When he was a kid in school he was a dummy in his class, then he started to read  books and he began to get top scores in his class. Ben Carson is now a famous person.

The Picnic

Running down to the sand we were all happy. Arriving at the picnic we were told about the places we were allowed to play. Walking, we headed off to a place where we put our bags. I put my bag down and then I went to play Volley Ball.



Finally was team 4s turn for a swim. Going to get ready for a swim, I had to find my togs. I played with my brother and did a front flip it was fun. As I finished swimming, I walked back up the beach to get changed.

Making a sand castle was fun, we put shells on it. Finally it was time to pack up our bags. After a long day I felt tired.
